It is true...

The saying that a kid would rather play w/a box than his toys, I believe it to be true! All of these toys and do you know what he's playing with? A SPRAY BOTTLE w/water in it. All that you see, is not all of course, there's more. It's everywhere. This is Aiden's "playroom" to which is right off of the living room. There are a plethora of things to do. Cook, ride in that car, sing, watch tv,play w/play dough,he has a grill, books, color, tool bench and the list goes on. What is it about NON toys that make our kids so happy? I am thinking of giving him boxes, water bottles and sticks for Christmas haha. Really, would he notice that he didn't get TOYS? Probably not, he could care less. I am amazed that after all the money spent he wanted to play w/a water bottle all day. He took it outside and sprayed everything in sight w/water. Had a blast doing it. I think this winter I am going to just keep him in the bathtub like a fish or duck, that way he can play w/water. This kid loves water. Thankfully today was warm day, in the 70's and he could spray water outside til the sun went down lol.
Tomorrow, I think I will give him some swiffers and see if he wants to dust hahahahahahahaha.

For less than a dollar your kid could have boundless fun lol. They should sale these w/that advertisment-they would be gone in no time!!!! Can you imagine, every store around, out of water bottles b/c it's the "it" gift for Christmas this year? lmao

Boy isn't that just the truth! Kids always love the simplest things and we all spend way too much money on those over priced toys only to get them home and find that they'd rather play with the box :)

Lmao! I totally understand. The wutz loves spray bottles. And we have half those toys I see in your pic and he doesn't play with any of them! It's crazy.

I adore your playroom, btw. It is beautiful.
